Half term circus project performance

Filed under: circus skills, Community — alltheskills @ 9:51 pm

31st October

Another day another performance!

The group have learnt such an impressive amount in a short time! Sean and I are so proud. They have exceeded all expectations

Two participants were able to pass a diabolo between them and one boy can do complicated stick releases!

One participant mastered balancing on the walking globe.

There were also routines which involved passing spinning plates and flower sticks.

At the end of the performance the audience were given the opportunity to try some of the circus props for themselves. I think this gave them an even greater appreciation of how much effort the performers had made and how well they had done to master difficult skills in such a short space of time.

“I thought the performance was lovely-I liked the interactivity with the audience and particularly at the end giving the audience a chance to take part. I thought the end performance was beautifully choreographed and presented by the young people and it really gave a taste of what they had been doing over the week”
